Millrace offers 9,600 square feet of commercial office space for lease with immediate occupancy.  The space was occupied by a large data management company until early September 2008 and is very well appointed.  It presently configured for single tenant occupancy with a reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, numerous offices and open workspaces.  The space contains a high-availability data center with monitored environmental control.  The space can be (re)configured to meet tenant needs.  The lease rate will be a function of the lease term and conditions.

Several offices within the facility are offered as Executive Suites for lease period as short as 6 months.  The suites are furnished and a variety of technical services are available on a ala carte basis.
