Due to a cancelled special order, we are offering a free upgrade to a professional kitchen package to the next party to purchase a Millrace loft.   The upgrade includes a dramatically revised kitchen floor plan featuring an island with elevated counter and digital electric cook top.  This new kitchen showcases a suite of built-in GE Monogram appliances.

If a deposit on the loft is received by January 15th, 2010 we will include an elegant, custom designed, media center / bar featuring granite and cabinetry matching the gourmet kitchen.
